I wanted to thank Shelia Swaim and her team. My Mom and I appreciate all
of Shelia’s efforts in recently selling our house in Madison, Alabama. Shelia
and her team exceeded our expectations. She showed amazing attention to detail
and professionalism from the photographs for the brochure and website, to the
follow through after each showing. She made us feel as if we were her only
client.
It was obvious from our first meeting that Shelia had a vast knowledge of the
local real estate market and realistic pricing. As a result, our house sold
very quickly thanks to Shelia and her team’s efforts. The first couple that

on getting my shutters painted a beautiful slate, grey color updated the curb
appeal of our home and I believe helped the quick sell of our home.

us a variety of homes for sale in my price range and square footage. She did
not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line
with our needs. In a very short time, Shelia helped us find the most beautiful home
in Hazel Green, Alabama which as a bonus happened to be located close to our
other family members. Also, Shelia is a master with the contract negotiations,
she came up with a deal that was great for us and made the seller happy as
well.
Additionally, Shelia is a highly attentive agent along with the
fact that she is very personable, honest, and has an amazing engaging
personality. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt
neglected or unimportant. I am pleased to recommend Shelia Swaim to anyone
looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business and
if we ever need to move again she will be our first choice in real estate
agents.
